How This Started

Arnie Garcia spent years working on everything from residential homes to multifamily developments and large-scale projects. He learned the business from the ground up—schedules, budgets, quality, the weight of getting it right. But he also saw something that bothered him: property owners treated like account numbers, contractors moving from one job to the next without really caring what happened when the work was done.

That gap became the reason for Cornerstone Building LLC. Not to reinvent construction, but to do it the way it should be done—with a personal, hands-on approach where your project matters because you matter. Where a contractor actually shows up, listens, and delivers work that holds up. Twenty-plus years in, that's still the foundation we build on.

What We've Learned
